ISA TanTec tannery is dedicated to producing premium leathers designed for rugged outdoor, casual and work footwear for men and women. We service major footwear brands in Europe and United States of America.

At ISA Tan Tec, we produce the highest quality leather while holding ourselves to strict environmental standards and continually press ourselves to find better earth friendly options every day.

Today, our enterprise is comprised of more than 632 employees at our headquarters in Guangzhou, China. Our newest LITE™ factory in Vietnam employs 206 people at the moment and this number is set to increase up to 300 when reaching full capacity.

• Our LITE™ (Low Impact to Environment) Leather is an innovative concept with the goal of achieving permanent environmental optimization for the entire production process. The concept is based on calculating the CO2 emissions per square feet of leather produced. Daily monitoring of water and energy consumption shows how environmental conservation measures impact the CO2 footprint. This also enables early diagnosis of weak points in the processes.

• Our LITE™ Leather has been used in the designs of major footwear brands such as Timberland, New Balance, Keen and Hush Puppies, to name a few. Our product is distinguished in the industry, and our environmental standards are unsurpassed.

• We create our LITE™ Leather for the footwear and automobile industries and we have set the standard for environmental responsibility in the typically toxic leather tanning industry.
